PRAYERS: We resolve to pray daily for each other, our community, and our world at 10:10 AM or PM, 10:10 being the time we worship on the Lord’s Day.Join in whenever you can remember to do so.

prayers for those so discouraged and affected by the COVID-19 pandemic: those that are unemployed, those about to lose their failing business, those who cannot keep up with their mortgage payments, and those who have an addiction that is growing now that personal counseling and group sessions are not possible.

prayers for our community, our country, and our world for: the struggle in fighting the COVID-19 Pandemic; insight and commitment to dismantle structural racism 

prayers for those in our congregation, both those shared and those unspoken.

Mighty God, receive these prayers as sweet incense rising. (Psalm 141)

WOMEN’S VIRTUAL LUNCH: MCPC’s monthly PW lunch is next Thursday, August 6. We gather on Zoom at noon. Join us for fellowship and conversation while you have your lunch that day! [7.30.2020]

BACK TO SCHOOL & SUDANESE SCHOOL SUPPLIES: While we do not know exactly what school will look like this fall, MCPC will be helping with school supplies for children of the Sudanese congregation. Instead of bringing in supplies this year, financial donations are requested and we will purchase the supplies. [7.30.2020]

VIRTUAL MEETING OF THE PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN OF PNNE: Saturday August 15, 2020, at 10 AM on Zoom. (The login opens at 9:30, if you would like to chat before the meeting). The purpose of this meeting is to vote on suspending the by-laws pertaining to holding the annual meeting and the election of officers to the Coordinating Team. The 2020 annual meeting was canceled due to Covid-19, the next annual meeting will be held at the retreat in May of 2021. Please contact the office if you need login information. [7.30.2020]

VACATION ART CAMP – NOW IS THE TIME TO SIGNUP! This August, for 3 days each week MCPC is hosting Art Camp, online! If you have a young person in your life that would like to participate, PLEASE EMAIL Details are on our website, (12 total sessions, Godly Play stories, art projects galore, art supplies provided, videos will be posted online and you can go at your own pace.)
